Ugo Nespolo, born 1941 is an artist, sculptor and cinematographer. During the sixties he is in the Italian art world showing a touch of Pop Art influenced with a strict walk in Conceptual and Arte Povera.
The seventies produce a strong unconventional accent, ironic with an apparent sense of play.
With the eighties we see his American period concretizing his maturity. His works represent objects and common places in the U.S.
He is present today in theatre costumes, maestro del Palio, cinema, the creation of his studio in his Torino, numerous publicity art, books and exhibits.
